Warranty - Annabel Trends is proud of its high product standards and unique design features. Our six-month warranty covers our products against defects in materials and workmanship, this excludes general wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, peeling paint and colour fading. It is at Annabel Trends discretion to offer a suitable replacement if available or an exchange of equal value (please note, shipping fees may be incurred by the customer).

To qualify for the six-month warranty, you must have purchased our product from a retailer within Australia or directly from our website.

You can find replacement lids for the 550ml and 950ml bottles here. They will fit both size bottles. They also come in a small selection of colours to choose from.

As per our packaging, we advise to store your Gummies out of the sun to avoid any shrinkage that may occur when left in hot environments.

If the product was purchased within 30 days, we recommend you contact the retailer you purchased it from directly to assist.

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase, this may assist with a speedy response to your claim.

Yes, we do. Our warehouse is located in Burliegh Heads, Gold Coast.

When you get to checkout for your order, you will have the option to choose pick up.

Click and Collect hours are available between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday (excl. public holidays).
We have parking on site. Enter through the glass sliding doors and up the steps to reception. Make sure to say hello to our friendly Office pups on your way in.

Shipping for orders under $150 is a standard $15 fee for most of Australia (excl. WA). WA standard shipping cost is $20.

If you are not local to the Gold Coast, but would like to see our range of products, please contact your local agent. They will be more than happy to visit you. If you are visiting the GC and would like to visit the showroom, please contact us at info@annabeltrends.com to arrange an appointment.

If you have placed an order for products that are currently unavailable, but are being restocked, they will be placed on Backorder.
Backorders will be sent as a separate order (once available) if the order is over $250 ex GST. Backorders under $250 ex GST will be added to your next order automatically.
